Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds on our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for store credit minus return shipping cost as long as the item is unworn and within 7 days of delivery. Please reach out to patricksholdt@patandcojewelers.com to inquire.

If your product is a custom order, it is nonrefundable and does not qualify for store credit.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Remove your jewelry during activities where any damage or loss can occur. These activities include but are not limited to washing dishes, cleaning with harsh chemicals, exercising with weights, and swimming pools.

All of our pieces are solid gold or silver so you can shower in them, but overtime shampoo and soaps can dull the gemstone in your setting.

Do you have a warranty?

At the discretion of Pat & Co Jewelers your piece will be repaired or replaced if there are any manufacturing defects found within 1 year of purchase.

Normal wear and tear are not covered under this warranty, but we are always happy to freshen up pieces whenever possible! This would be decided on a case-by-case basis and might have a small fee.

Ashley Rosales

Ashley Rosales is the heart behind the scenes at Pat & Co Jewelers. She manages the business operations, works closely with clients, and brings designs to life through CAD. As Pat’s partner, she helps keep everything running smoothly while making sure each piece reflects the vision behind it.

Yogi Sholdt

Yogi Sholdt is the official shop dog at Pat & Co Jewelers and a proud 3-year-old rescue pitbull. He keeps things fun around the studio, greeting visitors, supervising the day’s work, and making sure everyone takes a break now and then.
